Mr. Ashiq J A H is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Anna University and additionally has a Masters in Business Administration from IIT Bombay. He has more than two decades of rich experience spanning across Sales & Marketing, Strategic Revenue Management, People management, Operations & Manufacturing and P&L Delivery in both regional and national roles. He started his career as a Process Engineer in Reliance Industries Limited and further moved to head sales and business operations in various organizations.
Mr. M Balaji is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and additionally holds a Boiler operation engineer certification. He has completed the Murugappa Leadership Program from IIM, Ahmedabad. He is a sugar industry veteran and has about 32 years’ rich experience in this industry. He joined E.I.D. -Parry (India) Limited in the year 1996 and handled various positions in the manufacturing function comprising Sugar, Cogen, Distillery & Refinery.
Mr. Balaji Prakash is a graduate in Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy and a post graduate in Business Management from BIM Trichy. He has 25 years of experience in Sales, Brand Management and Business Operations. He has worked extensively in Consumer Products business and has launched and managed brands across Personal Care, Foods, Confectionary and Dairy industry. He started his career In Sales and subsequently moved on to Brand Management and further moved on to head businesses.
He joined EID Parry in 2017. In EID Parry, he heads the Sales and Marketing function.
Mr.Biswa Mohan Rath is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, with Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Mr.Biswa Mohan Rath has over 30 Years of Experience in Legal & Secretarial in Various organisations. He started his career as a Company secretary of Hydraulics limited. He had a stint of 12 years with TATA group and held the position as Company Secretary, Asian Coffee Ltd and subsequently as Head – Legal & Company Secretary of GMR Industries Ltd and RSB Transmissions India Ltd.
Mr.R.Jayasanckar is a Bachelors in chemical engineering from Annamalai university with safety specialization from Regional Labour institute, Chennai ( Honours and Gold medallist ), Master’s in industrial hygiene and Safety, Certified Boiler operating Engineer, acquired Diploma in Industrial pollution and control. Three decades of Industrial exposure have enabled acquiring expertise in Product stewardship, Process Safety, Behaviour safety, and System Safety ( ISO 45001, ISO14001, PSMS )and Machine safety by working with Indian and Global conglomerates like Dalmia, EID Parry, GE, Honeywell, GSK and Britannia.
Mr. Y.Venkateshwarlu is a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He has a vast experience in multiple organizations in several areas including Financial Reporting, Taxation, Treasury, financial planning, budgeting and Governance & compliance.
He has expertise in Cost Management, Cost Reduction, Cost Optimization, Business Forecasting & Financial Modelling, debt rationalization, designing and implementation of Systems, policies & Procedures, Internal Controls and Automation Process.
His previous assignments were in Initial Public Offerings, Acquisition of Units, financial analysis such as budget setting, Financial consolidation, tracking of potential revenue leakage, Indian tax compliance.
His previous assignments were with Shree Renuka Sugars Limited between 2018-2022, United Spirits Limited, Bangalore between 2006-18, Nicholas Piramal between 2005-06 and with SMS Pharmaceuticals Ltd between 2001-05.
Mr.Stephen has completed his post-graduate in Social Work from Loyola College , Chennai (1992 batch). He has got more than 25 years of experience in the Sugar Industry. He started his carrier with EID Parry (India) Limited and later moved to Rajshree Sugars Ltd. After 11 years of association with Rajshree Sugars Ltd. he rejoined EID Parry (India) limited. Since Oct 2022 he is handling HR & IR function at EID Parry (India) limited ..
Mr.Chandrasekar Ranganathan is an accomplished business and technology leader with over 28 years of global experience driving digital transformation, business-IT alignment and operational excellence. He has led strategic initiatives delivering programs with both positive revenue impact and efficiency gains. He has experience in implementing Industry 4.0 solutions and enterprise analytics to enable data driven decision making. He has also experience in delivering AI powered analytical solutions for real-time business insights. A proven change leader, driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning technology with business goals. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has also completed a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence.
Mr.Chandrasekar as the CIO at EID Parry, will focus on strengthening the present business-IT systems and pioneering the future needs of the business. He is focussed on driving digital transformation, optimizing processes and fostering a collaborative, technology enabled organization to unlock new growth and revenue opportunities.
Dr. Raghu holds a Ph.D. in Sugarcane Tissue Culture from Annamalai University, along with a Diploma in Business Management from Harward Publishing, M.Phil. from Centre for Advanced Studies, Madras University and M.Sc. from Presidency College, Madras University.
He has over 34 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Research & Development, and Operations Management. Currently serving as Associate Vice President – Quality and Customer Engagement at EID Parry (India) Ltd. He possesses expertise in setting up modern research activities, resource management, and analytical assessment to strengthen effectiveness, new product development. His experience includes FSSC 22000 Certification and Pharmacopeia Accreditations for EID Parry.
Prior to his current role, he held positions such as Senior General Manager (Head of Research & Development) and General Manager – Quality Assurance within EID Parry. He also has experience as a Production Head at Kothari Biotech Ltd. and as a Technical Officer with the Central Government, Ministry of Agriculture.
He has membership as Management Committee in professional organizations like International Society of Sugar Cane Technologists ISSCT. Also served as Member of the Board in Bonsucro representing Industries.
Mr. S. Ramakrishnan is a Graduate in Electrical Engineering (AMIE) from The Institution of Engineers (India) and is also a BEE-certified Energy Manager, Energy Auditor, and certified Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE). He has over 37 years of diverse industrial experience, with a strong foundation built during his 25-year tenure as an Electrical Engineer across the cement, chemical, sugar, and power plant sectors. His expertise spans maintenance engineering, operations, manufacturing, project execution, and people management.
He joined Parry Nutraceuticals, EID Parry (India) Ltd., in 2018, initially heading plant operations. With his leadership capability and deep operational insight, he now serves as the Business Head of the Nutraceuticals India operation, leading the business end-to-end.
