Mr. Muthiah Murugappan,Mr. Muthiah Murugappa (known as Mr. Muthu Murugappan) is a fifth-generation member of the Murugappa Family. Mr. Muthiah started his career in August 2004 with CavinKare Pvt Ltd, an Indian FMCG major. Initially as an Area Sales Manager, his portfolio included Western and Southern regions covering Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh. Mr. Muthiah subsequently became a Product Manager handling Brand Management for the International Business Unit covering the GCC and ASEAN regions. In July 2007, Mr. Muthiah joined CUMI’s exports function. He then moved to the US to handle the trading operations in North America. Mr. Muthiah returned to India and headed the Wear Ceramics business between 2010 and 2013. In 2013, he took a sabbatical to pursue an MBA at the London Business School. He returned to The Murugappa Group in September 2015 to head the Nutraceuticals Business of EID Parry India Ltd. In November 2018, he took charge as Head of Strategy for EID Parry Ltd, in addition to his role as the Head of the Nutraceuticals Business. He was appointed Whole Time Director & CEO of EID Parry in May 2022.
Mr.Muthiah Murugappan has work experience in a wide spectrum of areas such as Brand Management, General Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategy, Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Ajay B Baliga, is an Independent Director. He is a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras.

He is a veteran supply chain and manufacturing professional having experience in the Alco Beverages Industry.

Mr. Ramesh K B Menon is a Science graduate from Jaihind College, Mumbai and an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur (Batch of 1985).

He has been certified as a trained assessor and administrator of assessment tools such as McQuaig, Thomas and Hogan.

He was on the Murugappa Corporate Advisory Board as Director HR. Prior to joining the Murugappa Group in July 2013, he was with Madura Coats (“Coats”), where he served as a Director – HR, South Asia. His experience with Madura Coats spanned 27 years where he handled several HR leadership assignments including HR Head for South Asia & Africa regions. Coats have honoured him with a life time achievement award for his illustrious career.

Dr. Rca Godbole is an Independent Director. She is a trained plant molecular biologist. She is a post graduate in Bio-Chemistry from University of Bombay and PhD from Freiburg, Germany. She had been a Post Doctorate Scientist at the Heidelberg institute of Plant Sciences and TU Munich.

She worked as a Scientist with Syngenta Seeds (India) Limited from January, 1999 till March, 2002 and was involved in various research aspects of the seed business.

She is a co- founder of a Biotech firm SaliCrop in Israel, commercializing technology which enables crops to cope with abiotic stresses better. She has authored many scientific publications and made poster presentations in various Symposia and Congresses, including the Gordon Conference on, ‘Gravitational effects on the living systems’ in 1996 at Boston.

She joined the Board of E.I.D. – Parry (India) Limited in November 1, 2015.

Mr. T. Krishnakumar is a BE (Hons) from the College of Engineering, Guindy. He has done his Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and also Advanced Management Program from The Wharton School, USA.

He has rich experience with leading, reputed companies like Asian Paints, Henkel India, Murugappa group, IFFCO group (Tiffany) UAE, Johnson & Johnson and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd in various spheres including general management, strategy, marketing, sales, distribution, supply chain, team building and governance.

He was the Chairman and CEO of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., India and also the Chairman of Coca Cola India Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Sridharan Rangarajan is a graduate in Commerce from the Madurai University, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a graduate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a certified Six Sigma ‘Green Belt’, trained ‘Process Champion’ and ‘Black Belt’;

He has a rich experience in finance, manufacturing, service & distribution, banking and contracting industries;. Further, he has rich multinational and cross-cultural work experience for having worked in companies like ABB, IDBI, LG Electronics, METITO, Trane Inc., USA and Timken. He has also served as Group CFO of Murugappa Group.

He joined the Board of EID Parry on October 4, 2021.

Mr. S. Durgashankar,a Chartered Accountant, post his retirement from Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M), was overseeing the financial function of Aerospace, Defense & Agri businesses of M&M Group as Chief Financial Officer. He was previously employed as President – Group Controller of Finance & Accounts and Member of the Group Executive Board at M&M. Prior to that, he was President – Group M&A, Corporate Accounts & Group Secretarial and Member of the Group Executive Board and was instrumental in setting up the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) division at M&M, where he successfully completed a number of Inorganic transactions (both Domestic and International) for the Mahindra Group. He held various senior positions including as Corporate Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations at M&M.

He has a work experience of over 40 years with wide spectrum of roles as CFO, Group Controller, Head of M&A, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Accounts, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations & Secretarial functions.

He is an Alumni of Harvard Business School where he had attended the Advanced Management Program. He was the recipient of CFO 100 Awards in 2010, 2013 and 2014 for his contribution to Corporate Finance in the area of M&A. He was also the recipient of CFO India League of Excellence Award in March 2015.

Ms.Meghna Apparao, an MBA, is currently Director – E Commerce in Meta (formerly Facebook). Prior to her current assignment, she was Chief Business Officer at Licious, Chief Marketing Officer at Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL), Director – Amazon Pantry (Cross-category program to serve all FMCG categories) at Amazon and Global Marketing Director, Laundry at Unilever.

Ms.Meghna Apparao has a rich work experience with wide spectrum of roles as Chief Business Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Global Marketing Director and have a vast experience in Marketing, sales and overall business operations.
